If you click on the above link you will get access to White Spot’s site.
Choose the one that matches your White Spot receipt from the two pictures provided. Select the receipt type by pressing the Enter button at the top of the images.
There are specific fields for each type of receipt that must be filled out. For example, the name of the store, the date and time you visited, the survey code, as well as the total amount you spent.
The above information can be found on the receipt. This is why it is important to choose the right type of receipt in the beginning.
After filling in the receipt information, click on the Start button to proceed to complete the questionnaire.
